6. Opt-out / Stop Instructions

If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages from us, you may reply with the word STOP to any message we send. After we receive your stop request, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again. 7. Message Frequency & Fees

The number of messages you receive will vary depending on your account activity, support needs, or loan status. Message and data rates may apply when you receive or send SMS depending on your mobile plan.

Open Door Mortgage is not responsible for any message or data charges you incur. Check with your carrier for details.

8. Security and Data Retention

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your mobile number and message content from unauthorized access or disclosure.

We retain your SMS data (message logs and metadata) for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and notify you by SMS or email if required. Your continued use of the SMS service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
